About Me
My name is Brian”OneManArmy”Garrison. I have always been enthused about fitness as a child growing up in Jamaica. As a teenager growing up in Miami, Florida I participated in numerous sports which required learning the fundamentals if fitness. In 2001 I decided to extend my knowledge about fitness, so I took a certification course and became certified as a Personal Trainer. Between that time and Now I have worked for a few mainstream fitness companies (La Fitness, Bally’s, Millennium Fitness, Bulk Gym, Davie Fit Bodies) and also done plenty of private sessions.
IFBB PROFESSIONAL BODYBUILDER
Got into Bodybuilding Competition at the age of 34 (2009) and got hooked deeper into the fitness world. I have numerous Open and Masters Bodybuilding Titles and also now an IFBB PROFESSIONAL BODYBUILDER. Fitness in a whole is a wonderful and healthy lifestyle. My motto is “Plan The Work, Work The Plan”. As your Fitness Coach/Trainer, I can direct and get you in the correct path to a healthier and happier lifestyle

My training regimen is based on scientific principles of exercise physiology that takes into account your heart rate, cardiovascular systems, and the different energy system used during physical activity.
Cadiovascular
VO2 Max(Maximum Effort)
- Cardiovascular fitness is expressed as your VO2 max — the maximum volume of oxygen you can take in through your lungs, pump around your body using your heart and blood vessels and then make use of it in your muscles.
Anaerobic
Hardcore Training
- Anaerobic is high-intensity exercise that’s meant to be short and fast. Your body doesn’t need oxygen as the source to keep your muscles going, but instead uses the energy that’s already stored in your muscles. Anaerobic exercises are only meant to be repeated for 10 to 15 seconds, as these powerful movements usually can’t be sustained for long.
Aerobic
Cardio Training & Endurance
- Aerobic exercise involves physical activity that increases your breathing and heart rate to fuel your body with oxygen-rich blood. Aerobic exercise helps strengthen your heart muscle, improves your lung function, and increases circulation and healthy blood flow throughout your body.
Personal Training
By Monitoring your heart rate and targeting specific aerobic and anaerobic zones during your workout, I will optimize your training to achieve specific goals such as improving endurance, build muscle, or burning fat.
